Jeff Shapiro is a Partner with Everest Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm focusing on quality client experience and results. Jeff’s clients include venture capital and private equity firms as well as public and private companies in all stages of growth; from start-up to Fortune 500. Jeff has successfully completed assignments for CEOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and members of Boards of Directors. He has also recruited senior-level executives to lead key growth initiatives and functions such as technology, engineering, finance, marketing, sales, and business development.

Jeff began his search career in 1996 with Egon Zehnder International before joining Korn/Ferry International’s Financial Services Practice where he recruited IT leadership talent for investment banks and diversified financial services institutions. In late 1999, Jeff joined Christian & Timbers (CTPartners) where during the next nine years he focused on building management teams for many of the most exciting companies in Technology including Excite@Home, BeVocal, Broadcom, Cisco and others.
