Noam Eisenberg is a Partner with Everest Search Partners, a boutique executive search firm focusing on quality client experience and results. Noam’s approach and strategic skills honed over close to ten years of recruiting top talent for a variety of companies, have earned him a well deserved reputation for presenting qualified candidates both quickly and efficiently, while paying close attention to the details of each individual search.

Drawing on his global experience, Noam works with clients based in the US, Europe, and Israel. Taking the time to understand not only his clients’ corporate but also their cultural needs, Noam specializes in conducting searches for companies looking to establish a growing presence in the US and Europe.

Noam began his search career with Christian & Timbers. In 1999, Noam joined a small boutique technology recruiting firm in NYC as the fourth search consultant helping grow the firm to over 30 consultants and three offices. Since 2001, Noam has worked with a number of world-class companies including Jacada, Digital Fuel, Shopping.com and Pzena Investment Management.
